Only this last week has activity become evident in the Park, with today (10/4), 140 counted with several small clumps of frogspawn. This compares with 205 counted on 11 March 2012. Not only is activity almost a month later than last year, but numbers would also appear to be well down. The cold spring weather certainly seems to have made an impact on this species. Matthew |
