April 6th: PM

While at Scotterthorpe for seven hours spotted lots of big bees some looked like Buff-tail but not sure. Saw three species of butterfly and quite a number of flies etc the birds were good as well as in my report. Well satisfied! Look forward to next visit. This time noticed one of the fields had flooded but nowt on it but if stays same should attract some waders etc.

Regards

JTG

Anyone attempting to drive down the track to where I park at Scotterthorpe fields, do so at your peril, the track is EXTREMELY pot-holed to hell and EXTREMELY rough :!: I went down last week the 18th and it took me best part of twenty mins :!:

Regards

John :(
