Welcome les ( budgie and eagle ) thats not too bad they both have hooked beaks so its a place to make a start, out with the field guide.
You will also find a difference in the distribution maps and you can get budgies on higher perches so no cash needed.

Hello there Les. I have always found that eagles tend to smash their mirrors, bash the living daylights out of their bell and trash their ladders far quicker than budgies do !!
