Snettisham RSPB Reserve, Norfolk 4 December 2009 07.30 - 13.00 Great Skua 1 south @ 09.15 Whooper Swan 2 west @ 09.00 Shore Lark 2 on beach Snow Bunting 30-40 in several flocks on beach Peregrine 1 Little Egret 3 Pintail 300+ Goldeneye 20 Oh, and a few waders 40,000-50,000 of them at least (mainly knot and bar-tailed godwits). Also, a decent-sized dead squid on the tideline. Cheers Brian |
