Good views this evening of the eagle, althou distant, eventually flew off north, apparently now near south cave, pity it never came into lincolnshire, ive checked the ordance survey maps and it steadfastly stayed in yorkshire,.Simon, yorkshire on my map!
Great bird in flight ,albeit distant,,
Thanks are due to roy harvey for letting me know ,o/w???,
incidently i spent the afternoon looking for it along the wolds edge, bonby /worlaby,and south feriiby in the hope it might come into lincs,i did think of blacktoft and whitton, but went the wrong way, still very pleased to see it and owe roy a pint and whatever Linda"s drinking!!>>Double Brandy???yeh ok,
Roger.

Thursday a.m.:Just stepped off my bike, and Barry Clarkson spotted it,on the yorkshire side,we watched it a short while spiralling round before appearing to land, this was viewed from the east side of the village(approx 10.40),went to the panoramic south west side overlooking whitton sand but was not relocated up to 16.00 hrs when going home seemed a good idea.
