Made the trip to the north Norfolk coast with my fellow birding mates from Grimsby today to see the juv. male Northern Harrier,which we managed to see on 2 occasions,the latter at Titchwell,were it showed brilliantly being seen in the air together with 3 Hen Harrier and 12 Marsh Harrier,impressive stuff!.Other goodies seen during the day included the following:
Drake American Wigeon(Cley) 20 Shorelark(11 at Cley and 9 at Titchwell) Black Brant(Wells) Rough-legged Buzzard(Burnham Overy) 2 redhead Smew(Titchwell) 2 Red-necked Grebe(Titchwell)
