Hi Richard,
I notice your list does not include any Hawfinch. According to Bird watching magazine Clumber Park is one of the best sites in the country with the area around the chapel the most active area. Never saw or heard anything of them on my last visit at the start of Feb.

Hi Steve,

Trevor saw one on the day I was there, early morning by the chapel. I had a look myself but couldn't locate any, they seem to have gone elusive again. They seem to be most active in January and February with double figure counts regularly in the former month and into the first week of the latter month, with a peek of 22 on 1st Feb. A lot of birders have said that you have to be there before 9:00am to have the best chance of catching up with them.

Cheers,

Richard
