Had a great day out at RSPB Titchwell Marsh - highlights were:

1 - A Red Kite soaring over the reserve
2 - Numerous buzzards on the way there
3 - A Robin eating seed from my hand on the path from the car park - the first time any bird has done this!
4 - Hearing my second ever Cetti's Warbler
5 - Adding Blackcap, Egyptian Goose, Red Kite, Red-breasted Merganser and Sanderling to my Year List
6 - The sheer number of waders on the shoreline; mainly Curlew, Sanderling, Redshank, Turnstone, Knot, Oystercatcher, Grey Plover and a possible Whimbrel
7 - The baked potato with beans and cheese from the cafe!

Always a favourite with me and never fails to dish up a surprise. So close for you and not that far for me, might see you there one day!

David
