Another trip down to Newport and a visit to the Wetlands. Highlights were

2 Bearded Tits
Cettis Warbler
Reed Warbler
2 Swallows
10 Chiffchaffs.

Also met and had long chat with Iolo Williams, who has appeared on Springwatch. Top bloke, who helped us find the Bearded Tits. We approached him, but he did say he was making his way over to us as he wanted to give Di's Guide Dog a fuss, he's dog mad.

Don't worry Katherine - my experience of Newport Wetlands with Andrew is no birds and everybody speaks double dutch if it is politically correct to say so

In my most humble opinion, it is a pity Springwatch do not use lolo a lot more, he speaks with a passion for the subjects that leave others in the shade. He explains things well, and does not hog the camera all the time, not like some others
