Arrived at the Raptor Watch-point at 1100 and left at 1500. Hoped for goshawk and honey buzzard. We did get about 4 appearances of goshawk and plenty of time to watch them.
No honey buzzard for us and a local expert had mentioned that they were very thin on ground as they had not properly arrived yet.
Buzzard, kestrel and peregrine were other birds of prey on show.
Displaying siskin was one of my personal highlights today.
A chap reported displaying tree pipit on show before we had arrived.
