Nick Dixon is a specialist in the field of urban breeding peregrine falcons and for some years has monitored the birds' progress in Exeter since their first arrival.
Having bought a copy of the Louth peregrine book, he has produced a similar one for the Exeter peregrines. The book documents the birds' first occupation in 1988, through successful breeding from 1997 to date, and includes changes in breeding ledge and resident adults, egg laying, hatching and fledging success, prey selection and diet plus interaction with other species in the locality.
