including:

Smew - drake and redhead viewed from Mallard Hide initially and then they moved at 11.30 to just in front of the Visitor Centre giving excellent views for at least 30 minutes.
Pintail - drake/female
Goosander - drake/3 females
Goldeneye
Wigeon
Shoveler
Pochard
Golden Plover-c10
Curlew
Stonechat - male in front of Visitor Centre
plus

Great-northern Diver - viewed closely from the Butterfly Centre Car Park area at the far end of the Dam at 2pm.

A further 4 Great Northern Divers were present off from the Barnsdale car park early this afternoon.
