N.B. Due to excessive high tide on ni 20/21 Feb Marshland and Xerox Hides closed (access paths flooded). For access to hides E of Reception Wellingtons are essential. From Singleton Hide(3.30-5.30)-water levels very high
including: Marsh Harrier- 2cc Merlin- male perched in bush in front of hide c30 minutes Barn Owl - 3 Golden Plover-swirling high altitude flock of 1000+ Lapwing -500+ Gadwall Little Grebe Great-crested Grebe (Hen Harriers- didn't show)
