Just back from a relaxing week near Cardigan Bay. Visited a few reserves but everywhere was really quiet.
Had good views of Red Kite and Buzzard on a daily basis. The feeders outside the cottage where always full of Blue Tit, Nuthatch, etc.
Had three fantastic encounters with Bottle Nose Dolphins
in Newquay harbour. On one of our visits we were sat on the rocks whilst a pod of six played a few metres away
. At the same time we were joined by a pair of Peregrine which was great.
Of course we had to visit the wonderful Gigrin Farm again, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
We were so lucky to have a week of fantastic weather, sunny most days and NO rain
We took lots of photos but havent yet gone through them all, blog will be updated in due course.
