Hilla Green/Troutsdale 1 Dipper 204 Chaffinch 1 male Goshawk over the valley, and was later displaying, and one adult female perched up in a spruce, giving stonking views through the scope! 2 drumming male Great-spotted Woodpecker. Langdale End 1 male Goshawk(could have been the earlier bird, seen at Troutsdale),and a juv. female, seen really well over the car. Male and female Sparrowhawk. Wrench Green 2 Common Buzzard What a day ,for anyone wanting to see Gos's well,i recommend visiting this area. Regards Steve, with Nigel Genn. http://www.flickr.com/photos/routy |
