 Post subject: European Bee Eaters

OK so they were perched on power lines at Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan, so they may not make the Lincolnshire list, but they were still nice to see. Loads and loads of Common Mynah and "tree" sparrows (not sure exactly which species), but that's about all there is on base. Find it hard to concentrate on the birds when outside the wire, so haven't seen much else.
