Just back from a weekend in Belgium. Pre xmas shopping trip so no birding gear taken but observed the following

2 Buzzard (perched by the roadside) between Zebbrugge and Bruges :D

1 Peregrine seen on a few occasions, living on the tower of the Church of our Lady in Bruges :D

6 Treecreeper (very used to people so quite tame and not bothered about us being close to them) :D :D

Lots of Blue/great/longtail tit
1 Great Crested Grebe
Lots Mute Swan, Greylag Geese and Cormorant

In Belgium, if at low altitude, the Treecreepers would most probably have been Short-toed Treecreepers.
