I agree that this is a small bird, smaller than a Song Thrush which it clearly isn't due to lack of rusty/buff colour on the under wing coverts. I feel that the Jizz is wrong for Dunnock. I like to idea of pipit sp.. (is that a long hind claw?) but then it has streaked undertail coverts, so it can't be a Meadow pipit. I don't think its a bunting sp.. because although its got markings on the undertail coverts its shape is wrong for Reed Bunting....and is that Sea Buckthorn?? So its a photo taken at Donna Nook?

So basically I am lost, but if forced to give an answer would go for ...... Dunnock :? (although not very confident!)
