Yes, there is a minimum booking situation based on a break-even point. Changes to security arrangements have meant that it is more likely that individuals can book a room if free when another group is occupying the Centre, providing that group is not a school.

Well, you could say, you take in stuff, process it and export (publish) the stuff, so you could be, in one sense, a Golgi apparatus!

Kev, Would it be worth considering a minimum break even price rather than number of people, thus smaller groups
can book if they feel the cost is reasonable to them. John.
