I purchased the BWPi and have started adding extra photos, sounds and films to it. I also have the set of 6 DVD's by Paul Doherty - The Birds of Britain & Europe.
Doherty's set appears to contain much better film clips than those on the BWPi, so I have stated extracting the individual film clips from the Doherty DVD's and including them in the relevant sections of the BWPi. It is a long and labourish job, but it is certainly improving the BWPi.
What I would like to know before I go too far is - Will adding extra film clips etc. slow down BWPi?
All that I need now is a laptop that is small enough and still powerful enough to run the BWPi in the field. What a tool that would be! I have an 11.6 inch laptop and although it is really too big to carry around, I am contemplating it.
