With the recent sightings of Caspian Gull's at Kirkby-on-Bain Pits,i thought it may be of interest to other forum users interested in gull i.d to take a look at this site http://cyberbirding.uib.no/gull/ one of which i look at.It has an excellent series of photo's of various age groups of Caspian and other species and also links to several other useful sites. Have to say Graham's ID tips were appreciated and assists in "seeing" the Caspian amongst the Herring(s). Just have to take these skills into the field and find one myself. Thanks again! |
