Atlas Update

I know the new Atlas season has started but could anyone do a single tetrad in TA10, TA21, SK99 and SK89? SK89 also need a summer only visit in U. If you could help it would be much appreciated.

Please remember that you only need to do one hour on a visit (the second is optional)

The tetrad visit is to provide base line data and therefore you do not have to find every bird in the tetrad (Roving Records help with that) just record all that you see and hear in an hour

Please could you enter data as soon as possible after a visit so that I can see how the coverage is coming on?

Training Day

A total of 17 people and 5 helpers attended the Atlas Training Day and the feedback we have received has been good - most people commenting on the relaxed atmosphere. I will be looking to run another day for the Breeding Bird Survey (BBS) before the start of next season. I will run it in North Lincs and am prepared to run it for a smaller number of people providing I can get a free venue. If anyone could let me have details of a suitable venue please could you let me know?
