If you have not yet submitted your 2009 records, PLEASE DON’T DELAY – GET YOUR RECORDS IN PROMPTLY so that they can be entered into the LBC database. Closing date is 28th Feb 2010. If you have read “Gathering Records†posted on the Forum on 18th September you will already know that we are aiming to close the 2009 LBC Database on 28th February 2010, so that a start can be made on the 2009 Bird Report in March 2010. Should you have any records which you would like to be included on the LBC Database, that have not already been posted on the Forum, would you please send them to the County Recorder, Steve Keightley, recorder@lincsbirdclub.co.uk by the end of 2009 so that Colin and Sheila Jennings are not inundated with records at the end of February 2010. The 2008 Bird Report is at present with the printers. We didn’t close the 2008 database until the end of July 2009, hence the delay in the production of the 2008 report. If we can get all the records for 2009 before the end of February, I would like to aim for a publication date for the 2009 report in September 2010. Bump....please get those 2009 reports in ASAP.... Also, I can report that the 2008 report is (still) with the printers, but should be with all members very very soon..... Andrew |
