Lincs Bird Report 2009 - Request for images.

I'd like to start pulling together a selection of photos for possible inclusion in the 2009 LBC Report, so if anyone would like to see their efforts immortalised in print, please e-mail images to Neil Smith - (n.smith22 at btinternet.com) replace the AT with a @.

All images must be taken in Lincolnshire, between 1st January 2009 and 31st December 2009.

All images need to be supplied with the location and date.

I would like to see images of common species, or interesting behaviour, also, images of rare and scarce birds are most welcome. (We are particularly looking for images of birds that can be referred to in the text)

We would also like to include artwork, so if you fancy having a crack at some vignettes, or have a nice watercolour up your sleeve, please consider submitting them for inclusion.

We can't promise to use all images, but would like a good selection of species, artwork and photographers to select from.

Any feedback on the way images were used in the 2008 report is most welcome. I am aware that the layout wasn't 100% as I wanted, but with experience, I hope that I can improve on this in the 2008 report.

Many thanks, and look forward to hearing from you.

Andrew Chick
