Short video clip just uploaded at http://pegcam.blogspot.com/ For anyone visiting St Wulfram's church, there is a wide screen TV just inside the church (and next to the coffee shop) that shows live images. I can confirm the tea and cake is very nice! Its worth popping in to see what the female is up to..... Andrew |

I wonder if the chicks have started to hatch? The adult had ruffled feathers and was seen to be moving her head quite a bit at about noon today. Roy |

At 08:00 this morning, the female moved up slightly to reveal that the egg nearest to the camera has hatched (it was still intact at 10pm last night). I was unable to see the rest of the clutch/brood. She has been sitting extremely tightly over the last 24 hours. She did not appear to be relieved by the tiercel at all yesterday (he had been doing egg-sitting for 2 hour spells each day previously). Alan |
