Lincs RBBP panel representative. I am pleased to announce the creation of a new position within the LBC recording system - RBBP representative (Rare Breeding Bird Panel). This position will be held by Phil Espin (East Lincs BTO regional representative); a full description of Phil’s role will be published in the next LBC Newsletter and soon on the LBC website. It is hoped that Phil will work closely with the LBRC and the RBBP to ensure that the status of rare breeding birds in Lincolnshire is accurately recorded and reported. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Phil for offering to undertake this role, Andrew |
