Hi Danny,
Can't help with Long-eared Owl. Kingfishers have been ringed at Newball (Barlings River) and Donington on Bain in the last month . Willow Tit numbers are rapidly declining but the nearest place to Lincoln where both Marsh Tit and Willow Tit occurred a few years ago was Potterhanworth Wood. I haven't checked it out recently but it may still be the case.

Danny, the Louth Canal either side of Ticklepenny Lock isgood for Kingfishers so if you are really serious about seeking forgiveness for your exile to Lincoln I am sure the locals wouldn't mind if you come back for a look.:-) Sadly Willow Tits are now extremely scarce in Louth and never seen a Marsh Tit over here. LEOs have been very thin on the ground in recent years too.

Stuart, that Kingfisher caught at Donington wasn't a juv by any chance was it. Kingfisher still need confirming in TF28.

Sorry Phil, the Donington and Newball birds were both adult males.
