Thanks for posting this Andrew. I urge everyone to sign it. The idea is to get 100,000 signatures and a debate in Parliament that would seek to allow a change of law so that employers of persons convicted of persecuting raptors would also be guilty and face imprisonment too. That should focus their minds.
