There seem to be more gadwall and little owls about this spring or is it my imagination?

Hello,
Where would be a good place to see Little Owls, preferably somewhere local? I live in Nettleham, just north of Lincoln.
The only time I've seen one was when fishing near Billinghay a few years ago. It was sat on a post at the side of the field.
