Post subject:  RSPB Lincoln Group/Heronry at Hartsholme
I called in at Hartsholme this morning to chat to the RSPB volunteers manning the Heronry watchpoint/marquee .......incl.Peter Skelson, Alan Flintham and Eddie Chandler.

There are 12 nests on the island this year (10 in 2011) and from the viewpoint one can see some nests with young, plus the adults coming and going.........a great birding spectacle. :D :)
