6.15am..msq..happily strolling along..camera in hand thinking oh what a wonderful day..song thrush above singing away..the whole of the sands was merrily singing away..the smells were filling my lungs like a pot pourri stall..the sun was rising..wow..how fortunate am i to be here..BUT THEN..i have a sensation of barbed wire being wrapped around my legs..i look down & there they are...40 trillion HUGE mozzies breakfasting on my legs...carrying 500mm i hasterly retreat to the comfort of my car..step by step bite by bite i make it..only to now have legs that resemble paddling in rice pudding..so if you see me at msq on a hot sunny day & im wearing a biological suit then this is why..scratch scratch itch itch.... |
