I have been resident in Market Rasen for 30 years and didn't come across Nuthatches until 5 years ago in Willingham Woods. Since then there have been recent reports in Normanby le Wold (per Kev Wilson) and 3 separate individuals ringed at Market Stainton (per Andy Chapell). Not a lot of science but it seems this generally sedentary species is increasing its' range in central Lincs. Any comments?
