Fellow Bird Club members thinking about their holidays might be interested to read my article in the travel supplement of the November issue of Bird Watching magazine on the avian delights of The Gambia. The article concentrates on birding from the country's network of eco lodges and camps enabling birders to contribute to the local economy and the environment whist enjoying their hobby.
