Geoff Brown who died last week was another great loss to Lincolnshire ornithology. He taught me a lot in my early days, was always an excellent field companion and a true gentleman. He was the best man at my wedding 50 years ago and will always be well remembered. Condolences to his wife Maureen and the family. |

Its a few years since I last met and chatted with Geoff but I agree Steve a gentleman and always nice to meet and chat with him, and now the sad news of Keith Atkins death. regards John |
