The Lincs Bird Club AGM The Admiral Rodney, Horncastle at 7.30pm on Tuesday, March 22nd 2016 for a talk by Mark Thomas He will be talking on; "The Life of a Bird Detective" The talk is FREE to everyone and will be followed by the Annual General Meeting (members only) Mark Thomas works for the RSPB Investigations team and assists the statutory agencies to investigate crimes against wild birds in the UK. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The talk will be followed by the Annual General Meeting (members only) Agenda 1. Apologies 2. Minutes of the previous AGM and Matters arising from the Minutes 3. Hon Chairman’s Address 4 Presentation of the Accounts 5. Reports from the Officers 6. Election of Officers and Committee Members 7. Any other motions previously notified in writing or via email [1] 8. Any other business Notes 1. Motions for debate, which must be proposed and seconded by paid-up members, must be received by the Hon Secretary on or before 12th March 2016. |

Thanks Andrew for getting the AGM info out in good time. I note admission will be free. However, the committee did decide following comments made by John Badley last year's AGM that there would be a "donation box" for non-members at this year's event Is this still the case ? It might raise a bob or two for club funds. |
