Because it has completed a commission in the Louth area, I checked the Case Studies page of the website of Avian Ecology Ltd - one of the titans of commercial wildlife research. http://www.avianecology.co.uk/case-studies/ Re the photo (far right, second row) of curlews flying front of a wind turbine, is this likely to be a genuine shot taken in the field or is it one photo superimposed on to another? Can any photographer advise on this? Either way, windfarm developers will be delighted by the image. Its message is clear: Waders can live in harmony with turbines. |
