He's going to love me for posting this but heartiest congratulations to Nige Lound. At the recent National Police Wildlife Crime Officers Conference his achievements were recognized when he was named as the Wildlife Crime Officer of the year. He was presented with the award in recognition of his contribution in combatting national and international wildlife crime. This is a prestigious and thoroughly deserved award.

Great to hear. He is a thoroughly nice man who luckily combines work with his interests. He also likes rugby which just shows his good taste!! Well done.

Thanks for starting this one Stuart and thanks to you all for your support. Unfortunately, wildife crime is not viewed as important by either the police or the government (though that doesnt mean they are right of course!). It is thanks to support from areas such as this forum and other outside agencies that keeps me going!!
