I feel rather embarrassed that I have yet to see the following reasonably-common birds: Bullfinch, Nuthatch, Treecreeper, Jay, Green Woodpecker, Siskin, Brambling, Redwing, Spotted/Pied Flycatcher, Grey & Yellow Wagtail. I thought I could see Nuthatch, Jay and Treecreeper through a trip to Boston Cemetery but failed to see any of them! Are there any other areas around Boston or slightly further afield that might also accommodate these birds? |
