On the wing today at Whisby 2 Emperor (1m 1f ovipositing) - first of the year 6 Black-tailed Skimmer (first mature males noted today) 16 Four-spotted Chaser 32 Red-eyed Damselfly - a good count for Whisby 4 Large Red Damsellfy Tens of thousands of Blue/Black Damsels (Mostly Common Blue but Azure and Blue-tailed also noted) Regards Grahame |
