I know nothing about damselfly/dragonfly identification but after researching I now know I had a male Banded Demoiselle at Little Scrubs Meadow this afternoon!

Whilst sat in my Swanpool garden this afternoon I had a male Banded Demoiselle fly through. This was a first for my garden.

Seems as though they are on the move, both well away from normal breeding areas.
