I wouldn't advise anyone to drive down the track. The quarrymen use it to park up on close to the rough workings. Its a soft egded mud lane with a turning point clearly becoming a quagmire.Room for one car one way safely.I am an expert at getting stuck in ditches/drains/flooded roads/cattle grids/sand etc and see the signs of doom.Park up on the Eagle or Eagle barnsdale roadsides.SK 887 663.
sk882 668 is a farm track used by dog walkers that could lead to the westside(shaboom!) of da pit.parkable onable.
