Black Holt (Bomb Dump) at Coningsby has been put up for sale by the MoD. Freehold and signs states potential for development STPP.

What will happen to the Cuckoos, Barn Owl, Tawny Owl, Woodpeckers, Great Crested Newts, Treecreepers, etc etc ??????

I am sure the will be a full ecological survey carried out, however we should have over 3 years of records from here.

Two of the species, Barn Owl and Great Crested Newt are offered special legal protection. Proof of the former breeding and the presence of the latter are serious considerations which have to be addressed by planning authorities - make sure you've got the records!
