Thanks for your comment Geoff. I rather expected to recieve a little criticism maybe for supporting coal.
I come from a health & safety based mining background and know from experience the technology to reduce and even stop emissions, has been around since the Maggie Thatcher era. Her government did a little brainwashing.g around that time and didn't bother publisizing these facts for, obvious reasons. But that's all history now.

As for the future. I really do fear that you are right Geoff. That the UK will ultimately regret turning it's back on coal fired power and the massive stocks of fossil fuels right under our feet.
