There seem to be quite a few Cetti's Warblers being reported and quite a few seen as well as heard but doing a search of the photo album produces nil results. Has anybody got any photos? I must admit, although I had camera to hand when I saw two the other day the speed of their movement plus the problem of focusing through dense reeds meant I got zilch! Is this a common experience? It certainly is a difficult task David. They are very secretive and keep hidden away and when they do come into the open it is for a milli-second - well in my experience anyway. Im sure most reports are based on only their calls being heard. You never know, someone may get lucky - I have seen really good photos of them and I am very jealous!!! Certainly a challenge! Mandy |
