I have recently had the misfortune of having one of my objective lenses protective caps fall off whilst I was out. They relay on some 'tacky' rubber to help hold them on and during use I found that the way the binoculars rub against your clothing caused mine to work off the end.

Anyhow, I sent Swarovski and email to highlight this design fault and within a day they had sent me a replacement pair. They actually sent me some eye cups instead but when I emailed them back they sent me the correct caps, again in a day, and said I could also keep the cups.

I think this super-fast service was outstanding and would like to share it with other birders.
