had my long awaited stomach op and will be back in the saddle soon and while waiting for discharge at hull castle hill approx 20 waxwings fiew near the number 2 entrance at 1500hrs on sat.

PS.......... and to cheer you up, a tale from my National Service days : A visiting lecturer was called upon to to address some squaddies on the subject of the poet Keats. He was introduced by the Regimental Sergeant-Major, who said, " The Professer is going to speak to you horrible, dozy little men about Keats. Now some of you are so bloody ignorant you don't even know what a keat is, so listen well."
