Post subject:  cleethorpes visible spring migration

well it started in earnest Wednesday evening carried on through Thursday and Friday, yes the migration this spring has STARTED !!!!.
the beach has now moved to the promenade and the high street during Thursday and Friday and now the alps have moved to the east coast in general. just think in another 12 weeks the nights start drawing in again, wow !! can't wait :shock: :shock: :lol:

Snow drifts elsewhere in the country but sand drifts of up to 1m on Theddlethorpe foredunes,
impressive sand blow, but higher tides from midweek soaking the beach will curtail the drift.
I guess the promenade from Mablethorpe to Huttoft will require a lot of clearance work,
and beach side properties will need a paint job this summer,
