Substantial expansion of Springwatch this year - there's a new show in the afternoons hosted by Nick Baker, and it looks as though it's hooking up with other special programmes throughout the summer and early autumn.

There's also a six-part programme presented by Ellie Harrison from Countryfile called 'Britain's Big Wildlife Revival'. Well, as far as revivals CAN go when you've got the like of Owen Paterson as Environment Secretary....

Martin's looking lovely.... *swoon*

Nick Baker presenting in the afternoon, Iolo Williams as roving reporter, Martin back and looking swoonsome as usual.... AND all these extra programmes.... I feel thoroughly spoilt!

As an additional left-field nugget of info, I have synaesthesia, and the tartan colours of Martin's shirt for me is the year 2003. That's how I perceive 2003! I see placenames/years in colour, human voices, birdsong & music trigger tastes etc... etc...
