Went down to Worlaby Carrs tonight. Cut to within an inch of it's life and the tractors, rotivators and ploughs are in the fields and have begun the destruction.

The bunds created to hold water on site were being removed and spread over the wetter, in past years, parts of the site soon after the agreement expired on September 30th.

I'm lead to understand Natural England did offer the Farmer a new scheme but he turned it down. Such a shame
