Hi Roy If they were in high vis and carrying a sat nav dish they are contractors carrying out the annual surveys of the coastal geomorphology as part of the natural flood defence/risk for Environment Agency, they were at Theddlethorpe last weekend, its a survey that has been ongoing for many years now. regards John |
